The Mill Barns, Alveley

Cath & Joel were married on a summer’s day at The Mill Barns in Alveley, surrounded by their friends and family. After getting ready nearby, they both finished their preparations at the venue before an intimate unplugged ceremony, with guests encouraged to put their phones away and enjoy the moment. Family was a huge part of their day, with bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls and page boys all involved – including a special first look between Cath and Oscar before the ceremony. Afterwards, everyone headed outside for confetti, drinks and photographs, before we took Cath & Joel away to explore the beautiful gardens and grounds around The Mill Barns for some quieter portraits together. The celebrations continued with games, a surprise photo booth and plenty of opportunities to capture their guests simply enjoying themselves. Relaxed, lively and wonderfully family-focused, it was a day filled with the kind of natural moments and organised chaos that make weddings so much fun to photograph.
